Job Description

Business Development Manager will lead and execute the company’s business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand awareness across all Merchant. This role will work closely with management, cross-functional divisions, and external partners to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment between business objectives and market initiatives.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for collaborating with all internal Business Units and multiple divisions including Marketing, Operations, Product, and Tech to develop integrated growth strategies and maximize business performance. The role includes leading market research and analysis, developing and maintaining key client relationships, negotiating partnerships, overseeing business proposals and presentations, monitoring market trends, and identifying potential areas for expansion.

In addition, the Business Development Manager will manage end-to-end business development activities including strategic planning, reporting, project coordination, partnership management, and execution of commercial initiatives while ensuring strong communication and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

  1. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, business collaborations, sponsorships, and external commercial opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies for the company’s Hotel Management System and Loyalty System products to expand market penetration and client acquisition.
  3. Identify, initiate, and manage collaboration opportunities for both online and offline events, including seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, community activations, and industry partnerships.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
  5. Collaborate closely with internal Business Units such as Marketing, Operations, Product, and Tech to ensure successful execution of campaigns and business initiatives.
  6. Manage end-to-end business development activities from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, execution, until post-collaboration evaluation.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, Sales, or related roles.
  3. Proven experience in handling partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Experience working collaboratively with multiple Business Units and cross-functional teams.
  6. Having experience in hospitality, SaaS, loyalty program, technology, or digital platform industries is a plus.
  7. Creative, proactive, and able to generate innovative ideas that can be implemented into business initiatives.
  8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
