Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil Engineering for MDP Civil and All Major for MDP HR
- Graduates from reputable universities are preferred
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
- Active in the organization, community, or sports
- Must have a positive mindset and attitude, discipline, and integrity
- Must be individuals who are ambitious, goal-getters, results-driven, and resilient.
