Hotel Reservation Officer  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Officer or Reservation Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservation inquiries, assisting guests with their booking needs, and ensuring a smooth reservation process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

1. Assist guests in planning and booking reservations for villa accommodations and related services, including activities and experiences during their stay.
2. Understand guests’ preferences and travel plans to provide personalized recommendations and suggestive selling opportunities.
3. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all communications with both internal and external guests.
4. Deliver a high-touch experience aligned with the Company's Service Strategy to ensure guest satisfaction.
5. Handle initial complaints with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
6. Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.

1. Proven experience in reservation sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or villa management.
2. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
4. Proficiency in reservation booking systems and Microsoft Office suite.
5. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
6. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
7. Flexibility to work shifts based on operational needs.
