Accountant Associate  

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team at Mazari Villas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our luxury villa complex, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Experience in the hospitality sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and other employee benefits.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
• Manage cash flow and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist with financial planning for upcoming projects and expansions within the villa complex.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, particularly in the hospitality sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality or property management sectors.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable:
