Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our company executives. The ideal candidate will help streamline administrative processes and manage key organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to company executives
• Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information and communications
• Coordinate and organize internal meetings and events
• Draft and prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Research and analyze data for various business initiatives
• Lead special projects
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain filing systems and document management
• Track and follow up on action items from meetings
• Assist in preparing agenda and minutes for management meetings
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
