Job Description
- Run and maintain application/system infrastructure including development, staging, and production environments.
- Ensuring security and compliance applied in the system and process.
- Review, analyze and optimize application/system infrastructure cost.
- Continuously improve the availability, reliability, security and manageability of the systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to build secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable and cost-effective application/system infrastructure.
- Develops application/system tools for Infrastructure Automation.
- Share knowledge through varied media (documentation, presentation, etc).
- Interact with vendors providing application/system infrastructure and related services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferred previous experience as an IT System Infrastructure Engineer.
- Experienced in Okta Admin, Gsuite Admin, Slack Admin and Office365 Admin is essential.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, AD services, Directory Services and LDAP preferred.
- Experienced in Designing and Solution Endpoint Management Security.
- Experienced in Designing and implementing the Conditional Access policy for effective data handling of the Enterprise according to the security requirements.
- Experienced in Writing technical documentations and report on Infrastructure operation and projects.
- Hands-on experience in ITSM, change management, incident management, and problem management.
- Familiarity with global Cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure would be advantage.
- Familiar with Unix OS would be advantage.
- Familiar with Devops technology would be advantage.
- Have a good skills of presentation and communication.
