Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer (Angular) to support our Digital App project. You will work closely with back-end engineers and business analysts to enhance and maintain our web application.
Responsibilities:
- Develop enhancements to existing Digital Web App based on new project requirements.
- Implement responsive UI/UX components using Angular.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize performance and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding standards.
- Document code changes and system modifications.
Minimum Qualifications
Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable)
Key Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Angular (3+) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in UI/UX development for web applications.
- Familiar with API integration and working with RESTful services.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and front-end optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and version control systems (Git, BitBucket, SVN).
- Experience in DevOps workflows is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus.
