We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with SQL, Excel, and Python or R, and is comfortable transforming data into actionable insights using BI and ETL tools.
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data
- Analyze datasets using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Perform data analysis and automation using Python or R
- Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Qlik
- Work with ETL tools to support data integration and data pipelines
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working with SQL
- 1–2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- 1–2 years of experience with Python and/or R
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Qlik, or similar)
- Knowledge of ETL tools and basic data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
