- Monitoring system 24/7 secara shifting
- Melakukan troubleshooting level 2
- Melakukan eskalasi issue ke level selanjutnya apabila issue masih terjadi
- Membantu analisa dan penarikan log terkait system
- Membuat laporan berkala maupun insidentil terkait system
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan D3/S1
- Memiliki kemampuan dan pengetahuan basic computer
- Memiliki kemampuan O/S Linux lebih disukai
- Bersedia bekerja shifting (3 shift) 24/7
- Mengerti pengetahuan basic komputer
