Job Description
- Identify and acquire new potential clients across various market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, tailoring OY's solutions to client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients.
- Achieve set client acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Manage, mentor and inspire the BD team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Sales or Business development from Fintech / Payment Aggregator Company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environmen
