Job Description

  • Convert inbound leads into paying customers by understanding their unique challenges in field operations and demonstrating how our solution effectively addresses them.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of target accounts, focusing on specific use cases and market segments.
  • Design and implement impactful outbound sales strategies to drive customer acquisition.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to minimize churn and enhance customer retention.
  • Proactively identify potential churn risks and re-engage users through targeted communication and personalized outreach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in selling software products for SMEs level and 5 Years for enterprise level.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in using sales software (CRM, outbound automation, and leads generation).
  • It's a remote position; however, preference will be given to candidates based in Jabodetabek for better collaboration and occasional in-person meetings.
