Finance Accounting Manager

Aesendia Infini Indonesia, a leading and fast-growing distributor of premium aesthetic devices in Indonesia is looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and control financial strategies, annual budgets, monitor cost efficiency, and support profitability.
2. Manage cash flow and working capital, including payments to overseas principals and local suppliers.
3. Prepare, review, and ensure the timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4. Manage financial risks, taxation, import duties, and regulatory compliance related to medical device distribution.
5. Oversee inventory costing, valuation, consignment stock, and accounts receivable.
6. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to identify investment risks and opportunities.
7. Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/relevant background.

2. Minimum 7-8 years of experience with the last 3 years in a managerial level reporting to head/executive.

3. Solid understanding of and financial analysis & reporting standards.

4. Preferably deep and solid experience in distributor-based business model with understanding of import duty, taxation, freight, costing, inventory, etc.

5. Ability to manage cash flow, credit control, and working capital effectively.

6. Leadership and cross-functional communication skills. Minimum conversational level in English is mandatory.

7. Proficient in ERP systems and financial management tools. Accurate is preferred.
