Job Description
- Menyusun, menjalankan, dan mengoptimalkan kampanye digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi konten marketing (copywriting, blog posts, social media content, basic visual materials) berdasarkan ide dari Founder & Tour Operations team untuk authentic storytelling.
- Membangun branding otentik perusahaan sebagai premium cultural tour provider.
- Menghasilkan qualified leads sesuai target bulanan dan menjaga efisiensi cost per lead.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Tour Operations untuk memastikan pengalaman pelanggan yang konsisten dan berkualitas.
Minimum Qualifications
A Premium Cultural Tourism Startup
Kami mencari Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition Specialist yang siap membangun strategi pemasaran digital dari awal dan mengakuisisi pelanggan berkualitas untuk segmen turis pada umumnya (local and internasional) dan premium cultural turis pada khususnya.
Kualifikasi:
- 2–4 tahun pengalaman di digital marketing, idealnya di industri travel/tourism.
- Hands-on content creation skills (copywriting, basic graphic design, social media content development).
- Track record terbukti dalam menjalankan kampanye iklan digital dengan hasil terukur (leads, CTR, CPL, ROI).
- Familiar dengan Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target yang jelas dan terukur.
- Kreatif, analitis. Pemahaman pasar cultural/spiritual wellness tourism adalah nilai plus.
Compensation Package:
