Job Description

Memberikan informasi yang jelas, akurat, dan lengkap kepada masyarakat mengenai produk BNI dan/atau Kredit program pemerintah yang ditawarkan
Melayani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kebutuhan nasabah.
Melakukan kegiatan pemasaran dan penjualan produk/program kepada individu, komunitas, maupun instansi.
Mengidentifikasi potensi calon pelanggan dan melakukan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan realisasi bisnis BNI.
Membantu proses pendaftaran, administrasi, dan realisasi nasabah.
Menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah serta melakukan follow-up terhadap calon nasabah lainnya.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait proses pelayanan dan pemasaran program.
Menjaga citra dan nama baik BNI.

Pendidikan min. D3 dengan jurusan yang diprioritaskan berkaitan dengan bisnis BNI
Usia Maksimal :
D3 : 24 Tahun 0 Bulan

S1/Setara : 26 Tahun 0 Bulan

Peserta Bina BNI Aktif tidak memperhitungkan Usia
IPK minimal 2,75 dari skala 4
Tidak memiliki hubungan darah langsung / kandung dengan pegawai aktif BNI.
Belum menikah dan bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama masa kontrak
Tidak pernah terlibat narkoba atau pelanggaran hukum lainnya, yang dibuktikan dengan Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK)
Berpengalaman di bidang customer service, marketing, dan/atau sales menjadi nilai tambah
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area kerja BNI Kantor Wilayah 07 yaitu Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Barat, Sulawesi Tenggara, dan Maluku
