- Melakukan proses monitoring dan analisa atas transaksi di berbagai kanal nasabah yang tersedia serta melakukan berbagai pemrosesan kartu kredit dan kartu debit sesuai ruang lingkup terkait dan memastikan SLA, Output dan kualitas dalam memberikan solusi sesuai, efektif dan mengedepankan customer service excellence yang memadai.
- Melakukan identifikasi/deteksi terkait adanya indikasi fraud yang dilakukan oleh unit kerja berdasarkan penyimpangan proses kerja dan investigasi terkait indikasi fraud yang terjadi.
- Melakukan review, penelusuran dan pendalaman lebih lanjut atas data dan informasi yang tersedia dalam ruang lingkup customer transaction monitoring serta memberikan dan/atau menjalankan rekomendasi perbaikan ataupun solusi lain nya yang dipandang perlu.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic komunikasi yang baik untuk berkomunikasi dengan nasabah. Kemampuan berbahasa inggris secara verbal akan lebih di utamakan
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang perbankan dan customer-oriented yang memadai
- Memiliki kemampuan melakukan Analisa dan mampu bekerja dengan detail informasi Melakukan review alert , Analisa informasi, komunikasi ke nasabah dan mampu mengikuti prosedur bekerja yang ada
- Bersedia WFO di BSD dengan jam kerja shifting

OCBC Indonesia (formerly known as OCBC NISP) is the fourth oldest bank in Indonesia, which was founded in April 4th 1941 in Bandung under the name of NV Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposito Bank.
OCBC Indonesia then grown to be a solid and dependable bank, especially in providing service for small business segments. It officially became a commercial bank in 1967, Foreign exchange bank in 1990 and public corporate in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1994.
