Job Description

- Mengelola dan memonitor proses penjualan Team (memastikan aktivitas harian sales berjalan,review pipeline setiap minggu,memastikan setiap deal memiliki next action,mengelola prioritas deal
- Membantu pencapaian target penjualan Team (mengawal target bulanan,mengelola target individu,memastikan new sales dan renewal berjalan)
- Melakukan coaching harian/ mingguan (coaching sales,joint visit jika diperlukan,membantu closing deal strategis).
- Menjalankan program perusahaan(push program (sales driven),pull program (marketing driven),kontrol implementasi di lapangan,product priority,sosialisasi harga & promo
- Customer engagement (join meeting customer penting,menangani komplain awal,koordinasi kebutuhan dengan presales/operasional,menjaga hubungan customer existing.
- Monitoring Reporting (Membuat dan menyampaikan weekly pipeline,monthly forecast,activity report sales,report pelaksanaan program,early warning indicator ke team)

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimal pendidikan S1, berasal dari jurusan Teknik Informatika, Teknik Telekomunikasi, Sistem Informasi, Manajemen / Bisnis
- Berpengalaman 1 - 2 tahun sebagai Sales Leader/Supervisor, prefer dari industri IT/ISP/Telekomunikasi/Network Services
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam penjualan Fiber Optic Network, Internet, Provider, IP menjadi nilai plus
- Memiliki SIM A
