Future Digital is one of Fifgroup's Development Programs designed to produce Management Trainees for the future. The program will run for 7 months. During this program, each trainee will receive knowledge and training related to company's business support, divided into two minors: Information Technology and Data and Digital Marketing. This division aims to equip trainees with the best strategies to position Fifgroup as a leader in the leasing world.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system, or related fields from reputable universities;
- Min. GPA of 3.0;
- Max. 27 years old;
- Willing to participate in every part of the training process;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
