Data and Technology Management Trainee adalah program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang dirancang untuk mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan perusahaan. Program ini akan berlangsung selama 9 bulan dengan rangkaian program yang meliputi In-Class Training, Network Overview, Function Overview, On Job Training 1, On Job Training 2, dan Placement.

Mengelola proses rekrutmen, pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan, dan monitoring Key Position di area. Menyusun dan menjalankan program pengembangan kompetensi serta mendorong budaya inovasi di area. Melakukan monitoring kinerja karyawan, menyusun laporan evaluasi, dan memastikan tindak lanjut perbaikan. Menangani hubungan industrial termasuk pelaksanaan Unit Kegiatan Karyawan (UKK) dan proses terminasi karyawan di area. Mengelola aktivitas budaya kerja dan menjaga keterlibatan karyawan melalui kalender kegiatan budaya. Memastikan kepatuhan area terhadap proses compliance dan melakukan pelaporan serta monitoring pelaksanaannya. Menjalankan fungsi audit bersama cabang dan memantau implementasi tindakan korektif dari temuan audit. Bertindak sebagai perwakilan Human Capital di area serta mengelola kalender kegiatan karyawan dan corporate event di area.

* Membuat rencana strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan performance KPI di Cabang untuk kontrak overdue diatas 30 hari * Analisis data performance dan update progress performance pencapaian KPI * Melakukan kontrol atas kinerja tim dalam ruang lingkup tanggung jawabnya * Melakukan koordinasi dengan Departemen Litigasi untuk melakukan langkah hukum terhadap konsumen yang bermasalah * Pembagian bahan serta wilayah tagih kepada seluruh anggota tim * Melakukan customer handling serta negosiasi dengan customer dalam ruang lingkup Remedial * Menjalankan fungsi coaching and counseling terhadap tim serta monitoring pencapaian anggota tim secara berkala

Conduct research on market trends, competition, and customer needs Assist in shaping the strategy for business portfolios and initiatives Align business/initiative understanding across departments for better coordination Accelerate common understanding on existing product & services to deep dive future opportunity for portfolio growth (e.g. Initiative prioritization, Resource Capability, Determine Strategic Focus, etc) Ensure business/initiative understanding through cross function alignment (e.g. Value Stream, Swimlane, Flow Chart Mapping, etc) to completely understand (at full visibility) on the Business Provide clear & specific milestones of business/initiative to ensure calculated deliverables & development pace (e.g. Project Charter, Project Pre-requisite, Project Governance & Documentation, MVP Deliverables, etc) Provide internal consultancy, project collaboration, and research data across both internal & external functions

Manajemen Infrastruktur IT Mengelola & memonitor server, storage, cloud, dan jaringan. Mengimplementasikan kebijakan disaster recovery & backup. Cloud & Network Engineering Deploy & maintain layanan berbasis cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). Memastikan performa dan keamanan jaringan, VPN, firewall, dan load balancer IT Security & Compliance Mengawasi keamanan infrastruktur untuk mencegah serangan siber. Memastikan sistem sesuai standar keamanan IT (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Helpdesk & IT Operations Memimpin tim IT Support untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan user. Mengoptimalkan SLA untuk helpdesk dan operasional IT.5. Merancang & memimpin proyek IT (migrasi cloud, upgrade infrastruktur, implementasi security). Project Management Menyusun timeline, scope, budget, dan risk management. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal & vendor untuk memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu. Menggunakan Agile/Scrum atau Waterfall sesuai kebutuhan proyek. Melakukan monitoring & reporting ke stakeholder terkait progres proyek. Incident & Change Management Menangani insiden IT (downtime, security breach, failure analysis) secara cepat dan efektif. Menyusun & menjalankan IT policies & SOP terkait perubahan sistem.

Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk membuat proyek baru serta menetapkan, melacak, dan mengukur kemajuan program yang sesuai dengan strategi FIFGroup Memberikan konsultasi internal kepada semua pemangku kepentingan dan fungsi Menangani evaluasi bisnis dan riset Mendukung kepala departemen dalam strategi dan perencanaan bisnis Menyediakan dokumentasi dan laporan PDCA yang terstandarisasi Collaborate with teams to create new projects and set, track, and measure progress of goals in support of FIFGroup strategy Provide internal consultancy to all stakeholders and functions Handle business evaluation and research Support head of department in strategy and business plan Provide standardize documentation and PDCA report

Provide recommendation and improvement regarding the organizational structure in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization Carry out and organize job analysis, job description, job evaluation, and job grading according to the company'a needs in order to achieve the establishment of an effective organization Make competency dictionary for every job, including technical and behavioral competencies Evaluate standard organizational indicators to monitor and control the level of organizational health, to see the relevance to the latest business needs Analyze, calculate and manage the number of employees nationally both in the Head Office and Branches, including the position, work location, employees hired, moved or left the company and other considerations Carry out and maintain change management, and monitor organization plans that has been approved Implement strategies to develop improvement and innovation in the company

Maintain positive relations with trade unions involving companies, workers, government and external parties in order to create good relations in the field of employment. Create labor related reports to the provisions of the labor law regarding WLK so that the company avoids obligations that may arise as a result of not carrying out the reporting Make work agreements with employees and with third parties in the field of employment so that there are definite provisions regarding the rights and obligations of each party in the working relationship. Ensuring that the rights and obligations of employees who leave the company have been fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations so that the company avoids obligations that may arise in the future as a result of the completion of the working relationship. Analyze various possible risks in the field of employment that may arise as a result of changes in provisions so that the company can avoid obligations that may arise in the future. Socializing to all branches regarding labor regulations in order to not cause disputes in the field of employment in the future. Resolving industrial disputes in order for the company to avoid obligations that will arise as a result of these disputes. Drafting work agreements, Directors' Decrees, and Company Regulations related to employment so that there is a company provision that complies with labor regulations. Carry out joint activities between company employees in order to create a positive relationship in the work environment.

Menyelaraskan strategy dan key performance indicator perusahaan dengan strategy dan key performance indicator seluruh fungsi di dalam perusahaan untuk memastikan target perusahaan tercapai. Menggawangi proses PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) di seluruh lini perusahaan untuk memastikan seluruh strategy yang sudah direncanakan dapat berjalan dan target yang sudah ditetapkan dapat tercapai. Menjadi Collaborator dan Driver dalam penyelesaian masalah lintas fungsi ataupun menjawab tantangan bisnis yang membutuhkan Kerjasama lintas fungsi. Memastikan Calender of Event Perusahaan berjalan sesuai dengan yang sudah direncanakan dan memastikan kontennya berkualitas.
