- Perform visual inspections of aircraft cabin cleanliness and appearance.
- Monitor and control interior and exterior aircraft cleaning activities.
- Coordinate with related units to address defects or findings identified during inspections.
- Access and review maintenance plans and schedules from transit checks up to heavy maintenance events.
- Create reports and maintain records related to cabin appearance and cleanliness.
- Monitor completion status of corrective actions and findings.
- Conduct surveillance of cabin shop products before aircraft release.
- Identify, document, and follow up customer complaints and feedback.
- Maintain and update customer voice databases and provide feedback to customers.
- Access maintenance manuals, technical documents, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize company IT systems and SWIFT for maintenance recording and monitoring.
- Analyze cabin appearance performance and recommend improvement actions.
- Issue cabin appearance performance reports and priority findings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Hotel Management, or related fields.
- Experienced cabin crew, cabin technician (minimum 5 years), or hotel/cruise industry professional (minimum 3 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and quality systems.
- Familiar with aircraft interior and exterior cleaning standard.
- Able to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation.
- Familiar with inspection methods and quality control processes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and hazard reporting procedures.
- Proficient in computer applications and maintenance information systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
