- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap deadline Purchase Order (PO) setiap produk yang dipesan pelanggan dengan berkomunikasi rutin dengan VMS maupun SPV Inhouse.
- Memastikan proses Quality Control (QC) dilakukan sesuai standar, baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas produk.
- Memastikan proses packing hingga pengiriman sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
- Mengarahkan dan mengatur pekerjaan staff QC dan packing setiap hari.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim ARO terkait proses pengiriman produk.
- Bertanggung jawab penuh atas kelancaran proses pengiriman produk.
- Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan terkait proses QC dan pengiriman kepada SPV Inhouse Operation.
- Membantu menyiapkan pemberkasan dan dokumen terkait pengiriman.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3 sederajat
- Pengalaman di bidang fulfillment / gudang / operasional menjadi nilai tambah, namun fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
- Diutamakan berdomisili di Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat atau sekitarnya.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja sesuai target waktu.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem operasional yang dinamis dan detail.
