Job Description
- Verify and process supplier invoices and coordinate with related departments
- Initiate payments through the banking system and manage petty cash transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily operational cash flow
- Prepare journal entries and conduct account reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable and oversee billing processes
- Prepare required documents for banking purposes, including time deposits, payments, and account opening/closing
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Have 3+ years experiences in finance and accounting
- Ex-auditor would be a plus
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
