Job Description
- Analyze MAPClub member data across online and offline touchpoints to generate actionable marketing and business insights.
- Develop customer segmentation, profiling, and behavioral analysis to support personalized campaigns and loyalty strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights for:
- Member acquisition and engagement
- Retention and reactivation programs
- Cross-brand and cross-category initiatives within MAP Group
- Conduct campaign performance and post-campaign analysis, including uplift, and member behavior impact.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, Product, and Data teams to translate insights into executable actions.
- Build, maintain, and monitor marketing performance dashboards
- Perform A/B testing and experiment analysis for marketing campaigns, offers, and customer journeys.
- Identify member lifecycle trends, churn risks, and growth opportunities using historical and real-time data.
- Prepare insight reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance for marketing and member analytics.
- Support strategic decision-making related to MAPClub loyalty programs, rewards, and omnichannel initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or business intelligence.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, omnichannel, or loyalty platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and storytelling skills.

- Funnel, cohort, and segmentation analysis
- Customer lifecycle, retention, churn, and reactivation
- Hands-on experience in A/B testing and experiment measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and loyalty program mechanics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Familiar with omnichannel performance measurement (online-to-offline / O2O).
- Excellent communication skills; able to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior analys
