Job Description
- Develop and manage B2B sales for mining and automotive lubricant products to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining companies, contractors, fleet operators, and distributors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product trials, negotiation, closing, and repeat orders.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions based on equipment and operating conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, technical support, and after-sales service.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in mining, automotive, lubricants, or industrial products.
- Strong understanding of mining operations, heavy equipment, fleet management, or lubricant applications is an advantage.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits to mining and industrial locations.
- Familiar with CRM systems, sales reporting, and basic commercial analysis.
