Partnership Development & Management

• Identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with non banks, digital wallets, credit providers, BNPL platforms, and fintech enablers.
• Negotiate win-win commercial terms including co-marketing, cashback funding, installment schemes, or bundled services.
• Develop joint campaign calendars and partnership playbooks to drive traffic, conversion, and app usage.

Performance & ROI Tracking

• Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics to stakeholders.
• Use data to evaluate partner impact and propose optimization initiatives.

Marketing Coordination

• Collaborate with internal marketing, CRM, and creative teams to execute joint promotions, sponsored content, and loyalty programs.
• Support partnership-led events, webinars, and launches with relevant banks or fintech players.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure partnership contracts, SLAs, and compliance requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with legal and finance to manage invoicing, MOUs, NDAs, and campaign funding cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partnership, business development, or banking/fintech relationship roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce, digital payments, and fintech ecosystem.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance.
• Project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in working with major banks, fintech startups, or e-commerce loyalty platforms.
• Knowledge of loyalty point programs, installment schemes, or cashback mechanics.
• Exposure to working with payment gateways or BNPL providers.
