- Lead relations with the government, community, and external stakeholders.
- Manage the land acquisition process and community relations.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and relevant parties.
- Handle corporate communications as well as external issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and licensing/permits.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, or Land Acquisition.
- Understand government regulations and land acquisition processes in Indonesia.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
