- Curriculum development and syllabus design.
- Manage school development plan and implementation; including administrative tasks related to new school development.
- Lead effective and efficient functioning of the vocational learning center.
- Establish and maintain good relationships within internal organization, management, and third parties.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in vocational education and professional training.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university; majoring in education or vocational learning would be an advantage.
- Should have minimum 3 years of professional work experience as Head of Vocational School.
- Have experience in new school development.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Willing to commute and relocate as required.
