- Maintain the implementation of QMS ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025 in company
- Maintain the implementation of product certification (SNI, JIS, BIS, MS, TIS, etc.) and shipbuilding (BKI, ABS, DNV, etc.)
- Implement document control through ISO Documentation System
- Prepare management review material and follow-up management representative comment
- Communicate document and record charges to related departments
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to monitor and maintain product quality
- Conducting regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
- Analyzing quality data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management system
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience 3-5 years in Quality Management System ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Educational Background: Material and Metallurgical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Certification: Hold IATF 16949 Internal Auditor Certification is a plus
- Familiar with Ms. Excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Strong technical knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and quality standards
