- Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Design and oversee the implementation of environmental management systems and processes
- Monitor and report on the company's environmental performance against key metrics and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into operational decision-making
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and other external stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and training to employees on environmental best practices
- Stay up-to-date with evolving environmental legislation and industry standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an environmental engineering or management role, ideally within the manufacturing, Mining or heavy industry sector
- Strong technical knowledge of environmental impact assessment, monitoring, and mitigation strategies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Commitment to promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship
- Proven English Skill in professional setting, written, verbal, etc
- This job is contract based
- Willing to work in Cilegon
