- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate training needs assessments and employee development programs.
- Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer payroll inputs, overtime, allowances and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR officer role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (Talenta KPI)
- Knowledge in indonesian labor law and HR compliance, Payroll and benefits administration and Basic recruitment and selection techniques.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
