- Provide professional medical consultation via live chat to patients
- Respond promptly to user inquiries during shift hours
- Maintain accurate and ethical medical communication
- Collaborate with our medical & operational team for case escalation if needed
Minimum Qualifications
- General Practitioner
- Have an active STR & willing to process SIP (Surat Ijin Praktik) under Prodia
- Comfortable with digital platforms and fast response communication
- Excellent communication skills, emphaty, and patient-centered approach
- Able to maintain patient confidentiality and data security
- Available to work onsite (Head Office, Central Jakarta & Bandung, West Java)
