- Support the implementation and consistency of clinic systems, procedures, service standards, and service flows to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
- Ensure tangible and intangible service standards are properly executed across all service touchpoints and available resources in the assigned area.
- Facilitate understanding and application of clinical service standards among service staff and relevant departments to ensure aligned service delivery.
- Monitor daily clinic operations to ensure optimal performance and achievement of established service targets.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled promptly, effectively, and thoroughly, with proper follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty metrics.
- Support the execution of customer satisfaction surveys and internal monitoring systems in accordance with the annual plan and timeline.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. GPA min 3.00

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service operations, customer experience, or clinic/hospital operations.

Strong understanding of service standards implementation and customer satisfaction measurement.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret service performance data.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
