● Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, including branding, offline
activation, and CRM initiatives aligned with company vision
● Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels to
strengthen market presence
● Drive data-driven marketing decisions by analyzing campaign performance,
customer insights, and market trends
● Oversee planning and execution of offline marketing activities, including events,
partnerships, and on-ground activations
● Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer journey, retention, and
engagement
Minimum Qualifications
● Proven experience in marketing with 8+ years of relevant experience
● Hands-on experience in leading and managing teams
● Strong expertise in branding, CRM, offline marketing, and event management.
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
● High ownership, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high energy
and strong drive
● Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus
