Pharmacy Assistant
Hiring Branches:
- Pasig – Palatiw
- Pasig – Kalawaan (Ismar)
- Pateros – Masagana Branch
Quick Relief Pharmacy (QRP) is looking for a Pharmacy Assistant who is customer-focused, responsible, and eager to learn. This role plays an important part in providing affordable healthcare and quality service to our community.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and dispensing medicines and pharmacy products in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Promote and explain the benefits of generic medicines to customers
- Accurately process sales transactions and assist with basic inventory handling
- Receive and document customer feedback, concerns, or complaints and endorse them to the Pharmacist or Branch Head
- Coordinate closely with the licensed Pharmacist, especially for medicine-related questions or unclear cases
- Help maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of medicines, including refrigerated items
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in college (preferably Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Science, or any related course)
- Experience in retail, drugstore, or sales is an advantage, but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Honest, reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented
- Willing to learn and undergo Pharmacy Assistant training
- Willing to be assigned in any of the hiring branches listed above.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of Two (2) years of a Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 6-months in retail or /drugstore is a big plus, though not mandatory Sales experience? Even better!
- Skills and& Traits:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional demeanor in conduct and appearance.
- Flexible, honest, hard-working, and laser-focused on stellar customer service
- Eager to learn? Great! Be ready to undergo comprehensive Pharmacy Training.
- Location-Specific: Willingness to be stationed in Pasig- Palatiw.
