Finance Lead  

Financial Management and Reporting:

• Generate accurate financial data, compile and submit detailed financial reports, and analyze industry trends.
• Assess the financial health of the company and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Finance Department Operations:

• Oversee the operations and development of the finance department, including creating and reviewing financial policies and procedures.
• Manage the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Compliance and Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting, ensuring that the company maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its obligations.
• Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts, providing transparency to stakeholders.

Strategic Financial Advice:

• Advise team lead and executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances, including investments, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Create and implement strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s financial status and forecasts.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.
• Provide clear and concise financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about the company’s financial performance and outlook.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 4 -7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, legal documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop team.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
