Responsibilities:

• Identify the core issues of client companies, understand their needs, and pinpoint areas requiring strategic intervention.
• Develop clear and comprehensive consulting proposals, including actionable plans tailored to client goals and requirements.
• Monitor and oversee project implementation with clients, ensuring each phase aligns with the established plan.
• Ensure seamless communication, manage expectations, and deliver projects that meet client needs and company standards.
• Gather and analyze project data, compile periodic reports, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Evaluate the outcomes and impact of implemented initiatives, prepare final evaluation reports, and identify opportunities for further development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage complex projects.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a focus on achieving measurable results.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software is a plus.
