Job Description
- Establish relevant business objectives for the company to monitor.
- Develop and put into action a business plan, meant aimed at accelerating growth.
- Analyze industry trends and develop an effective business strategy based on business prospects.
- Oversee the Key Account, Sales and commercial teams with the intention of raising important performance indicators.
- Develop an understanding of customer’s needs and make sure they are met.
- Responsible for ensuring all business activities are in line with the organization’s objectives.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders aimed at accelerating the company’s growth.
- Work with the marketing team to create strategies that boost the company and product awareness.
- Manage, develop and deliver the financial plans in line with budget
- Following up and monitoring sales achievements and providing frequent updates to the MD.
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Heavily involved in the motivation, drive and development of new talent within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 15 (fifteen) years of experience in online businesses, including experience in marketing, sales, and client relationship management
- Experience conducting market research and analysis
- Possess a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and performance reporting
- Proficiency in strategic and business planning would be beneficial
- Individuals must be self-starting, meticulous, and well-organized.
