Responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. A Business Development Associate serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, understands their business goals, and recommends appropriate digital marketing solutions to help them grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to local and international leads generated through the company website and other marketing channels.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and messages (approximately 30–60 touchpoints daily).
• Qualify potential clients by understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
• Present the company's digital marketing services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and business tours as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams during the sales process.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update lead statuses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Celebrate every WIN and contribute to a positive, high-performing sales culture.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and business presentations when necessary.
• Willing to work onsite in BF Homes, Las Piñas City.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Self-motivated with a strong and efficient work ethic.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in managing client calls, follow-ups, and commitments.
• Fast learner with the ability to analyze business needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and strong awareness of deadlines and urgent concerns.
