Training & Recruitment Associate  

The Sales Training and Recruitment Associate will be part of the Sales Development Team. The Sales Development team supports the Sales Organization of Shang Properties, Inc. through the following Training, Engagement, and Recruitment activities.

Training:

• Conducts the following training programs:
• On-boarding training for new seller applicants
• Product Knowledge Training Programs
• Developmental Training Programs
• Accreditation Training for Real Estate Brokers
• Corporate Presentations
• Creates customized training programs based on sales team needs

Engagement:

• Conceptualization and execution of seller engagement events (online and offline)
• Conceptualization and creation of sellers’ incentive programs
• Management and enforcement of social media guidelines.

Recruitment

• Reviews and Evaluates sales manpower requirement on a monthly basis
• Generates a pipeline of leads for sales candidates for the different teams and projects
• Organizes schedules and conducts interviews
• Endorses qualified applicants for on-boarding training
• Endorsement for contract signing
• Headhunts for sales leader prospects

• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ideally degree holders of Mass Communications, Psychology, Tourism, Marketing, Human Resources, but candidates from other courses are welcome
• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates
• Real Estate Industry Knowledge is preferred but is not required
