1. CRM & Customer Data Management
- Lead implementation and management of CRM system
- Develop and maintain a centralized customer database
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all channels
- Build customer segmentation and lifecycle tracking
2. Sales Technology Enablement
- Develop and optimize sales pipeline tracking systems
- Monitor and improve sales team performance through data
- Integrate sales processes from order to fulfillment
- Build sales dashboards and forecasting tools
3. Marketing Technology & Automation
- Implement marketing automation tools (email, WhatsApp, ads tracking)
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI
- Manage customer acquisition and retention systems
- Establish attribution models for marketing channels
4. Omnichannel Integration
- Integrate offline and online sales channels (retail, marketplace, website)
- Ensure consistency in customer data, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to unify customer experience
5. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports for sales and marketing performance
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and campaign results
- Provide actionable insights to support business decisions
6. System Integration & Automation
- Collaborate with IT to integrate CRM, ERP, POS, and other systems
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Ensure systems scalability and reliability
7. Training & Stakeholder Management
- Train sales and marketing teams on system usage
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Drive adoption of technology across the organization
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CRM, Martech, or Sales Operations
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or electronics industry is a plus
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Familiar with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Understanding of system integration (ERP, API) is preferred
