The Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment and Admin assists the Assistant HR Manager - Recruitment and Admin in the hiring aspect of the HR Department. The role in both recruitment and administration is multifaceted, requiring a blend of strategic planning, communication, and attention to detail. The individual should maintain a balance between operational support and strategic input to ensure effective HR practices across the organization.
Job Description:
- Align facility management practices with the SMX Convention Center's goals to support a positive sales culture.
- Attends to queries related to employee recruitment and HR Administration.
- Assists in the distribution of documents to its intended recipients, which may include submitting documents to government and/or partner agencies.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and provide exemplary employee experience.
- Contribute to expense management by ensuring cost-effective and accurate expense management.
- Collaborate with the finance department to adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Human Resources to develop and execute plans aligned with overall financial goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing,
- Communications, or a related field.
- HR or recruitment certifications are a plus (e.g., PHR, CHRP, LinkedIn Talent Solutions Certificate)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing
- Passionate about matching people with the right roles
- Willingness to learn recruitment systems and processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and Brand teams
- Accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
