Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator - Recruitment and Admin assists the Assistant HR Manager - Recruitment and Admin in the hiring aspect of the HR Department. The role in both recruitment and administration is multifaceted, requiring a blend of strategic planning, communication, and attention to detail. The individual should maintain a balance between operational support and strategic input to ensure effective HR practices across the organization.

Job Description:

  • Align facility management practices with the SMX Convention Center's goals to support a positive sales culture.
  • Attends to queries related to employee recruitment and HR Administration.
  • Assists in the distribution of documents to its intended recipients, which may include submitting documents to government and/or partner agencies.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and provide exemplary employee experience.
  • Contribute to expense management by ensuring cost-effective and accurate expense management.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to adhere to budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Human Resources to develop and execute plans aligned with overall financial goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing,
  • Communications, or a related field.
  • HR or recruitment certifications are a plus (e.g., PHR, CHRP, LinkedIn Talent Solutions Certificate)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules
  • Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and reports
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to candidate sourcing
  • Passionate about matching people with the right roles
  • Willingness to learn recruitment systems and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR and Brand teams
  • Accurate record-keeping and reporting
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
