Digital Marketing Specialist  

Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to design, create, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns to support the company's PR & Digital Marketing efforts for its clients. Proficiency in graphics, digital advertising, performance marketing, SEO and social media are a must. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures.

Work Setup: Hybrid.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, performance marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Interfaces with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams.
• Designs, builds, and maintains company's and its social media presence.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Evaluates, innovates & appropriately applies emerging technologies to constituents.
• Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where necessary.

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing; agency background will be given preference.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.

• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.

• Rich experience in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.

• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.

• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.

• Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
