Job Description
- Finding and developing new clients for the company's service through all channels
- Conduct extensive market research to actively seek and uncover sales possibilities
- Designing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to raise product visibility and interest
- Interacting with prospective clients, leading negotiation processes, and closing sales
- Analyzing campaign results to identify and implement improvement strategies
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
- Create regular assessments and reports for client consideration of KPIs.
- Participate on behalf of the company in industry-related exhibitions or conferences
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in any major
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and high motivation to achieve targets.
- Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- High achiever, self-driven, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to join as soon as possible.
- Available to work from office in Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
