Fraud Management Analyst  

Responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities within an organization

• Fraud Detection & Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze transactions, reports, and data for potential fraudulent activities. Implement controls and procedures to prevent fraud.
• Investigation & Reporting: Prepare detailed fraud investigation reports for internal stakeholders and, if necessary, legal action. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to handle fraud cases in line with regulatory requirements
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Perform regular fraud risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities within the organization. Implement anti-fraud policies, controls, and preventive measures in accordance with industry standards
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure all fraud-related incidents are reported in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Continuous Improvement/ Innovation: Review and update fraud management policies regularly to ensure they remain effective and aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory changes

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields
• Proven track record in handling complex fraud cases and working with law enforcement or regulatory bodies
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Proficiency in fraud detection tools, systems, and techniques
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of integrity
