Job Description
- Memantau penjualan sales sesuai dengan target yang telah ditetapkan
- Memperdalam pengetahuan produk
- Memberikan konsultasi teknik kepada customer
- Merancang dan membuat rencana kerja periodik dan tahunan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional sesuai dengan strategi jangka panjang Perusahaan
- Memberikan laporan periodik kepada manajemen mengenai rencana kerja dan progress kerja
- Mempertanggungjawabkan hasil kerja periodik kepada pihak manajemen
- Mengevaluasi penawaran yang dibuat oleh bawahan sebelum penawaran di kirim ke Customer
- Mengevaluasi kesesuaian Purchase Order (PO) yang diterima dari Customer dengan kondisi penawaran atau sesuai dengan hasil negosiasi yang telah disepakati dengan Customer
- Meninjau kesesuaian dokumen tender sebelum dikirim untuk proses tender dan melakukan monitoring pelaksanaan proses tender
- Mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan/customer
- Membantu sales untuk mengembangkan account baru berdasarkan segmen pasar dan wilayah kerja
- Mencari solusi kreatif guna meningkatkan kinerja departemen
- Membantu bagian Keuangan dalam follow-up dan proses penagihan tepat waktu dari customer
Minimum Qualifications
- Usia maksimal 40 Tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Mampu mengendarai mobil & memiliki SIM A
- Diutamakan pengalaman sebagai Deputy Sales Manager minimal 5 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang aktif
- Pengalaman penjualan B2B (Business to Business)
- Pengalaman menjual produk scientific & analytical instrument
- Memahami proses tender
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas luar kota
- Penempatan untuk di Jakarta Selatan
