Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Mengelola operasional Kantor Cabang Surabaya & Karyawannya
- Menjadi Penanggung jawab Cabang Surabaya
- Membantu menangani telpon masuk dari Customer daeerah Surabaya dan mengkomunikasikan kepada Sales Manager / Sales Executive yang bersangkutan
- Mempersiapkan kebutuhan perjalanan dinas Dept. Sales, seperti: tiket, transportasi, akomodasi dan sebagainya
- Membantu sales dalam mengecek Order Information (OI), Purchase Order (PO) dan Surat Penawaran, selanjutnya diserahkan ke Admin Sales untuk diterbitkan Sales Order (SO)
- Mendaftarkan Perusahaan untuk menjadi daftar rekanan ke Customer melalui media yang ditetapkan oleh Customer
- Membantu sales untuk melengkapi dokumen persyaratan tender/dokumen kontrak sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Customer
- Membuat data rekap penawaran dan PO dari Customer untuk selanjutnya dianalisa oleh management
- Memberikan usulan perbaikan terkait effektifitas dan produktivitas sistem kerja ke pimpinan langsung
Minimum Qualifications
Sales Support (Surabaya)
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan Minimal D3 / S1
- Pengalaman Sales Support minimal 5 tahun
- Usia 35 - 40 Tahun
- Berpengalaman mengelola operasional kantor & karyawan
- Memahami dan terbiasa mengurus proses Tender
- Mampu mengendarai Motor & Memiliki SIM C
- Mampu dan terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Komunikatif, detail, teliti, disiplin dan responsif terhadap pekerjaan
- Bersedia penempatan untuk di Dharmahusada Surabaya
