- Monitoring daily activities of field collection agent in assigned area
- Managing the agents and providing guidance and support
- Ensure all agents' are performing their duties according to procedures and policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any problems related to the collection process
- Developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing concerns promptly
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Proven experience in the Collection area
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
