Job Desc:

• Analyzed integration needs of main application skeleton to surrounding and 3rd Party systems, resulting in a 20% increase in system efficiency and seamless communication between applications.
• Developed application designs and configurations based on business needs, leading to a successful integration process with an average of 98% stakeholder satisfaction.
• Created technical documentation for applications, conducted testing on external API such as openAPI and internal API like API Gateway, ensuring a smooth integration process with minimal errors.
• Implemented test data dummies for SIT and UAT environments, resulting in a 15% reduction in testing time and improved functionality of core systems, surrounding systems and 3rd party systems.

Job Requirements:

• BSc of Computer Science with minimum GPA; 3.00.
• 4+ years of experience in IT production support, API development etc.
• Skilled in technology operational and process optimization with technology support tools such as PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, Microsoft Office, and Linux-based SysAdmin.
• Experienced in managing application integration, external and internal API testing, and cross-departmental coordination to support business needs with technology support tools like Postman.
• Manage contract negotiations, implement business strategies, and improve the efficiency of services that support business and operational needs.
• Experienced in providing effective solutions and resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Strong customer service oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
• Skilled in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT infrastructure with
• Supporting tools such as ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, OpenShift Container Platform(OCP), vROps, VMware, Jira Service Desk, and Redis.
