Job Description
Bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan barang dan jasa untuk operasi tambang emas dan nikel, termasuk peralatan pertambangan, suku cadang, bahan habis pakai, serta kontrak jasa. Posisi ini memastikan bahwa seluruh proses pengadaan berjalan secara efisien, sesuai regulasi, serta memberikan nilai terbaik bagi perusahaan dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas, biaya, dan waktu pengiriman.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan Sarjana (S1) di bidang Supply Chain Management, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di operasi tambang nikel atau emas
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang strategi pengadaan, negosiasi kontrak, dan analisis biaya total kepemilikan (TCO - Total Cost of Ownership)
- Berpengalaman dalam menangani proses tender (RFQ/RFP), evaluasi vendor, dan negosiasi harga.
- Memahami regulasi impor-ekspor Indonesia termasuk proses bea cukai dan perpajakan.
- Kemampuan dalam menerapkan Incoterms 2020 dalam transaksi internasional.
- Keterampilan analitis untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja pemasok dan optimasi rantai pasokan.
- Memiliki sertifikasi CIPS, IMS, NCMA diutamakan.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan ke lokasi tambang dalam periode tertentu jika diperlukan.
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat dalam Bahasa Inggris.
