Job Description

The Role:
1. Track down and bring in training vendors and speakers (soft skill training most likeable) from initial sourcing and contract agreements, through budget management and program execution.
2. Act as the main point of contact for external training programs, including working with guest speakers
3. Build good relationships with trainers and speakers
4. Manage and update the training database, syllabus, and course materials
5. Handle the logistics of training sessions, keeping things running smoothly
6. Team up with clients to create tailored training that works for them
7. Oversee the delivery of training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.
8. Work directly with clients to tailor training programs and ensure alignment with their expectations
9. Collaborate with vendors to structure training materials according to client needs

Minimum Qualifications

Join Algoritma, founded in 2017 to democratize data science education. We offer corporate training, programming workshops, and bootcamps using a hands-on, learn-by-building approach.

As a Partnership & Learning Consultant, you are dedicated to help our training programs to expand to many customer aspects, handling the end to end progress to make the training happen not only to fulfill client’s needs, maintain relationships with them but also curate the best curriculum.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Graduated from a reputable university.
2. Bachelor’s degree in fields related to, but not limited to: Education 3. Technology, Management, Communication, or Business Administration.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B environments.
4. Eager to meet and exceed client expectations.
5. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and critical thinking.
6. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
7. Experience in managing programs or projects, ideally in training or education, is a plus.
8. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
9. Familiarity with curriculum planning is an advantage.
