- Handle customer inquiries on order status, delivery, and post-purchase concerns
- Process returns, refunds, and exchanges per platform policies
- Resolve issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely resolutions
- Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across platforms
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on common concerns
- Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience and after-sales service
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience handling customer inquiries from e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
- Strong understanding of order processing, returns, refunds, after-sales support, and coordination with logistics/internal teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Familiar with e-commerce seller tools or dashboards; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
